Jiahong Floor Heating Pad, also known as foil heating mat, is designed to provide heat for any kind of wood floor in the cold weather. It is also ideal for under Capet heating.

Aluminum foil heating mat is very popular in Europe markets, especially in the UK.

The popular types in Europe are 80W/m2, 140W/m2 and 150W/m2.

Some customers also call it underfloor Heating Mat. Actually, our foil heating mat is not only used for wooden floors, but also for various carpets.

It is a great way to add a sense of coziness and warmth to complement your soft carpet flooring.

The aluminum cover can shield all inner electromagnetic radiation.

Jiahong Floor Heating Pad consists of two different components: Inner heating wire and outer aluminum packed cover.

The structure looks like a sandwich.

The heating wire is sandwiched between two layers of aluminum foil.

And this structured design ensures the safety of heat output.

The inner heating cable is made of alloy heating wire and fluoropolymer.

The fluoropolymer is resistant to high temperatures and pressures – it is a very good insulating material.

And Jiahong’s fluoropolymer materials are all from Korea and the USA.

Jiahong Floor Heating Pad has a twin-conductor heating cable.

This structure allows the mat to connect to the power at one point.

However, the inner heating cable cannot be cut in any way.

Any attempt to physically alter the heating cable will damage the cable.

Once cut, the heating cable cannot be repaired.

Also, the fixed structure, Jiahong wooden floor mat requires a fixed length during production.

So you need to calculate the heating area before placing an order.

The thermostat connects to the heating wire and adjusts the heat output, which dramatically reduces heat-up times by at least 50%.

Jiahong provides a relevant thermostat as well.
